All intellectual property in the Services protectable in any jurisdiction worldwide is and will remain the exclusive property of ARTBUY.UNO and any licensors to ARTBUY.UNO or third-party developers, if applicable.

Users may only use  ARTBUY.UNO trademarks and trade dress in accordance with these Terms, and may not otherwise use  ARTBUY.UNO trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of  ARTBUY.UNO.

ARTBUY.UNO owns all art created by users using the Service, including all associated copyrights and other intellectual property rights (if applicable). The website user has the right to purchase any available generated image and associated commercial use rights. By acquiring ownership rights to the images, the user gets the opportunity to use this image commercially, i.e. the ability to sell this item on our website or any other marketplace. Any user of the site ARTBUY.UNO can buy the opportunity to download a picture in high resolution for personal purposes without the right of commercial use.

Commercial Use

You may use the Site in connection with any commercial use, provided that you have created images that you use for commercial purposes using ARTBUY.UNO. The use of an image generated using ARTBUY.UNO for commercial purposes on other platforms is possible only if the corresponding rights to this image are acquired.

Any commercial use of the Site that is incompatible with our Code of Conduct or the rest of these Terms is prohibited.

Third Parties

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by ARTBUY.UNO, and your use of or access to the Service may entail using, accessing, or interacting with third-party websites, products, or services.

ARTBUY.UNO has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of service or use, or practices of any third-party websites or services. ARTBUY.UNO provides no warranties regarding the offerings of any third party entities or individuals, or their websites

You acknowledge and agree that ARTBUY.UNO shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. You may pay, subscribe, or incur fees in connection with third-party offerings.

ARTBUY.UNO shall not be liable for any losses incurred or claimed by users in connection with their access to or use of the Service, including any losses resulting from the infringement of intellectual property rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ARTBUY.UNO's maximum aggregate liability for damages shall in no event exceed the fees actually received by ARTBUY.UNO from each user.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or disagreement relating to compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the User and we, as owners of  ARTBUY.UNO website, will use our best efforts to resolve it through negotiation. The Party that has a claim and/or disagreement shall send a message to the other Party indicating the claim and/or disagreement that has arisen.

The recipient of the claim shall, within thirty (30) calendar days of its receipt, notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, either Party has the right to apply to court for protection of the violated rights.

Disputes between the User and company are considered at the location of the contact person of company.
